Challenge & Solution

The Challenge

Building on a waterfront site required extensive marine foundation work, flood mitigation systems, and coordination with environmental agencies to protect marine ecosystems.

Our Solution

Used innovative cofferdam techniques for marine foundations. Installed a comprehensive flood protection system rated for 500-year events. Worked with marine biologists to create an artificial reef that enhanced local marine habitat.
